1. Who we are

Enclaverse ApS (CVR 45870677, Denmark) is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. Contact: gabriele.soprano@enclaverse.com.

2. What data we collect

• Contact data you give us: name, email address, phone number and company details, when you email us or book a call.
• Booking data: when you book a strategy call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google LLC processes the data you enter (name, email, chosen time) as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operation of the site.
• Analytics data (only with your consent): if you accept cookies in our banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources and page usage (with IP anonymisation). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the button at the bottom of this page (consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

3. What we do not do

We do not set advertising or profiling cookies, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the booking calendar is embedded from Google; those requests are subject to Google's own policies.

4. Why we process your data

• To respond to your enquiry and hold the call you booked (performance of pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To run and secure the website (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking data is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus applicable bookkeeping retention periods. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period.

6. Who we share it with

Our processors: Google (calendar, fonts and, with your consent, Google Analytics), Hostinger (hosting). Some processors may transfer data outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to gabriele.soprano@enclaverse.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above tells you when it last changed.
